Postcare

  • BLOT BROWS EVERY 1-3 HOURS POST SERVICE WITH A CLEAN TISSUE OR COTTON ROUND.

WASH AND NOURISH BROWS EVERY AM AND PM FOR 10 DAYS.

    START TONIGHT.

Brows may feel a bit tender, and look bold initially. Pigment will soften and shrink a bit once healed. A warm tone can sometimes be present in fresh brows and unless that was the target color, will neutralize as you heal.

  • A. Wash hands

    B. Pump soap on a cotton round or paper towel until saturated, gently blot cotton round across each brow. This will be a very light, gentle motion in the direction of hair growth. Don’t be rough here.

    C. Gently rinse with cool water - just a little splash.

    D. Softly pat dry with a clean paper towel or cotton round.

    E. Apply a rice-sized amount of balm to brows by gently pressing into your brows. Do not over apply.

(You can add small amounts of balm throughout the day, as needed)

  • Avoid sun, sweat, and steam for 10 days.

No major peels, facials, lasers, etc. for 4 weeks. Always avoid brow area.

No getting them wet other than washing OUTSIDE of shower. This includes shower, sweating, sauna, hot tub, etc.

No direct sunlight for 2 weeks

NO makeup, lotion, serums, shampoo, etc. should touch brows for at least 2 weeks. LOTION.

Avoid getting products that include active ingredients (acne or anti aging products) near brows.

NO sweating or working out while you heal. Yes, really.

NO picking or scratching at dry skin.

If possible, do not sleep on face. A silk or satin pillowcase can help limit pulling if needed.

  • Healed brows will be softer and less “intense” than initally.

As you heal you may have dry skin (NOT scabs) - do not rub, scatch, or pick at this stage.

There may be a light/patchy phase during your healing process. This is totally normal and usually balances out once healing is complete. Any light spots, etc. will be addressed at touchup.
